Job Details

Should be qualified in MBA in marketing with excellent marks, from a reputed institute. The candidate should have minimum 3 to 4years of experience in same domain. Must have strong written/oral communication skills. Comfortable working under pressure and successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Candidate must have a problem solving approach with ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis. Uses good judgment in what and how to communicate with clients. Candidate need to be highly flexible about working after hours for calls with vendors and others living outside India. Preferred candidate is the one who has certification in Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing.Job DescriptionCandidate must have experience in paid search Google Adwords & Google Analysis.Contribute to marketing initiatives including web content strategy, paid campaigns and organic search optimization to ensure that it is up to date and consistent with identified business objectives.Implement, track and measure digital marketing initiatives and success as it relates to the overall business objectives.Analyze website data and search patterns, make recommendations to the VP Marketing and implement on-going link building strategies.Utilize and coordinate between online PR, relevant content, and social media efforts to boost quality in-links.Manage and build keyword list.Use different tools to assist SEO including but not limited to - all Google tools (keyword, search trends, webmaster tools etc.)Research and track competitor SEO metrics (ranks, inbound links, content distribution, social media exposure, on-page optimization, etc.)Work closely with Development Team to implement and apply advanced on-page SEO requirements.Achieve weekly and monthly traffic, rankings and lead-generation goals.Plan, pitch, execute, and report new SEM campaigns to VP Marketing.Achieve lead generation and cost-per-conversion goals via all SEM/PPC campaigns.Optimize, and track all aspect of PPC - keywords, adgroups, ads CPC, CTR, Conversions, position rank. Create and test targeted landing pages for better quality scores and conversionsKeep up to date with changes in the SEM space.Work closely with VP Marketing & CEO to drive new traffic to websites through content development.Collaborate with Marketing Team on creative development of websites.
