Education & Experience (State the minimum acceptable qualifications w.r.t. education, experience, certification) Any Graduate or Post Graduate with Masters Business Administration qualification 2 to 5 years of experience Skills Bid Management Experience Ability to managing Volumes, Bids in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from customers. Ability to Orchestrate the creation of the solution and proposal as Bid Project Managers ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value proposition. Ability to manage conflicting tasks and deadlines in a calm and methodical manner. Ability to interpret complex information and tailor this to an audience. Excellent skills in creative writing and an attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and occasionally influence situations, decisions and people Experience of Pre Sales from Life Sciences IT / SaaS / Hosting domain is an added advantage. Assist with the production and submission of creative yet compliant bids and (re)tenders that clearly state and sell defined product models and business solutions. Maintain a library of current & accurate corporate information for inclusion in bids & (re)tenders. Gather and maintain supporting information for inclusion in bids and (re)tenders to evidence ArisGlobal s experience, effectiveness, ambition and capabilities. Organize and prepare presentations / interviews for new business bids and retenders. Complete new contract summaries for the use of operations and implementation teams within 24 hours of a new contract award. Receive and respond to ad hoc requests for quotes and information relating to the addition of services to existing branches / sites. Contributes to maintaining effective client databases for the team and facilitates & enhances the Product & Sales Support role as required. Publish project status report Helps with monthly tracking and relevant metrics for continuous improvement Analyze ongoing activities and progress against plans of each member of sales and delivery team and informs management about discrepancies and shortfalls so that proactive action can be taken Takes the responsibility of seeing the RFP through completion while adhering to Service Levels of timeliness, completeness and accuracy Create and use FAQs to populate RFP responses wherever possible and reasonable, and get those ratified by relevant stakeholders.
