The jobholder will provide the business intelligence & analytical support required toward decision making to drive/achieve the key metrics of the overall annual plan & objectives of the AMC. This will also involve close coordination with all units incuding Operations, Marekting, Technology and Sales, with specific emphasis on all key Sales metrics to understand business logic and also the database structures & codes. The jobholder will need to keep in mind tactical, strategic and long term interest of the organization, so that there is sustainable build to the business momentum. The jobholder will play a key role in providing useful conclusive information analysis within efficient timelines for management decision making.The jobholder will need to understand & analyse the drivers of Sales Management. Sales Management is intended to be the independent, centralized intelligence and strategic thinking unit, and will be responsible to help meet all Sales objectives, whilst also ensuring efficiency improvement along all key parameters within the Sales function. The jobholder will also need to ensure adequate scoping of the issue to be solved or being analysed with the idea of also creating a pre-processed data set which can be used for multiple data cuts & rollups to higer logical levels. The jobholder carries the responsibility of conducting data analysis in a manner that also allows and empowers managers to view data by custom cuts in real time basis.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESTo provide business intelligence & analytical support to senior management in the area of Investor behaviour. To analyse & study key trends inInvestor Segmentation into core, mid & low potential based on various key metrics like purchase value, frequency & recency of purchase, etc.Understand revenue potential of these customers.Redemption trend pattern of customers sourced by different distributor verticals.Redemption behavior by vintageBehaviour of customers coming direct 2. To provide business intelligence & analytical support to the Senior Management in the area of Distributor behavior,To analyse distributor purchase behavior Marketshare, frequency, recency, etc. for different distributor verticals.Analysing performance of Sales Campaigns and Incentive policy to understand what are the key drivers that motivate the Distributors & the Sales team to sell more.Study trends on product performance in different markets, verticals & customer segments.To develop a model for calculation of profitability & pricing in different markets.To study sales engagement with distributor to find opportunities to increase the efficiency of the sales support processes & systems by automation and streamlining of processes using SAS codes wherever possible. 3.. To analyse & study key market trends supporting business objectivesGeographical distribution of Market share & gap analysisTo study information received from Digital ecosystem inorder to study behavior of customers acquired online.Analysis to strudy underlying relevant data trends and reasons behind the drivers of key metrics that help correct deviations on core objectives delivery.Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE Graduation from a good institute withat least 6 + years of work experienceExcellent Data Analytical skills required. Working knowledge of SAS is mandatory.Fundamental understanding on the key levers that drive a business with sound knowledge of Sales analytics, Business Development and P&L management, with preference to exposure to the AMC industryMust have a strong creative bent of mind, searching for custom solutions within constraints
