Bring reliable visibility and clear understanding to Corporate EMEA Management Analyze monthly actuals (RADAR) and prepare explanations of actuals vs. forecast variances Communicate with VPs and other members of the functional team about changes to be made to full year forecast and accruals. Reinforce due dates for changes to the forecast, submission of invoices & personal expenses (e.g. travel & car rentals). Prepare monthly forecast with commentaries for changes to full year forecast. Record changes to forecast and actuals in planning template. Organize meetings reviews with VPs. Preparation of Annual Profit plan (Budget) for corporate functions supported including organizing meetings for functional reviews with business owners and VPs. Upload actuals commentaries, updated forecast and commentaries for full year forecast into RADAR after approval from functions. Ensure entries are accurate and deadlines are met. Communicate with finance team regarding variances, intercompany charges and updates to accruals and forecasts. Update quarterly KPIs for the Balanced Scorecard in functions for savings and cost avoidance. Coordinate updates from other members of the functions. Perform additional analyses as assigned.B. Invoices & Accruals Receive and validate invoice details addressed to Legal .Provide administrative support on AME system Submit requests to create new suppliers. Check expenses booked in Oracle and Concur. Monitory reception of monthly invoices. Propose accruals at the end of each month and submit updated accruals template to Finance team after approval from function reviewC. Support functional project bring finance expertise and reporting knowledge use and share best practices Set up recharge process for projects across the region Continuous improvement in reporting and projects supported.D. Work in a team environment to drive improvement in financial processes through tools/systems, automation, leverage best practices and standardization. E.Quality culture Accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines are critical for success.Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Accounting major (B.Com) & MBA (Finance), preferable. 5-7 years of financial reporting experience in forecasting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis. Familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools OBIEE, Hyperion, Cognos, ENCORE, RADAR, etc. would be an asset Experience with working with ERP. Working knowledge of Oracle Financials and/or SAP preferred Very proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools Excellent analytical skills to interpret and relate financial data so that the resulting comments describe the key risks and drivers Captive/Multinational experience (pre-requisite), adaptable to varying cultures Good interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills in English are required Work well under pressure and be skilled at managing multiple tasks within demanding timelines Eager to work in a dynamic and complex organization High level of enthusiasm with a can-do attitude Passion for business and ability to drive change
