The Performance and Learning Consultants primary role is to assess, design, develop, and manage learning solution projects, often through blended solutions. The incumbent will collaborate with Manager - EU India & SA Hub on learning needs assessments, design of strategic learning plans overseeing the design and development process and managing the expectations of internal clients, particularly in the area of leadership development and functional excellence. Projects could include combinations of face-to-face instructor led training, eLearning, creating job aids, participant and facilitator materials and leveraging communities of practice, library services, etc. The PALC will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with project charters, are on time, meet quality standards, and satisfy the customer. The PALC will interface regularly with internal clients and subject matter experts to manage resources, collect content, design solutions, and obtain approvals. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and an ability to get results. Works directly with Manager EU India & SA Hub and internal customers to scope and charter learning projects, assist in needs assessments & the design of strategic learning plans for India and countries in South Asia Communicates with internal clients, Manager EU India & SA Hub and Learning Solutions Teams in EU on items related to learning solution development status, requests for subject matter experts, output reviews, and other purposes as necessary. Leads projects by developing and managing project plans that are created in partnership with clients. Follows best practice instructional design methodologies to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions. Facilitate information gathering techniques, and transfer into the design and delivery of learning materials using various tools (Microsoft Office, video etc.). Also, creates reports on a monthly / quarterly basis on learning efforts and effectiveness.This position will have learning program design & delivery responsibility for Eaton University India & SA Hub, with an emphasis on Leadership programs, and other functional programs. The position responsibilities will include working closely with internal clients to help them achieve critical business objectives. The work this position will perform will directly and indirectly impact the performance of Eaton India employees resulting in cost savings and revenue generation. Metrics related to APEX, OCA, EBE, HROR, Learning Organization, will be impacted by delivering high quality learning solutions that are on time, and result in customer satisfaction.
