Job Details

Essential DutiesSupports centralized management of PolicyTech tool permissions and offers direct technical and access support to Ocwen users. Provides root cause analysis for technical issues and coordinating team-based solutions and greater efficiencies for user experience. Develops and supports development of reporting metrics for Document Management. Includes identifying key risk components related to documents and associated meta-data. Includes daily report production and review.Participates in and supports QA activities regarding document properties, format and content. Research, write, and edit risk & compliance policies, processes and other documentation and training materials. Works on a variety of documentation tasks as needed, including development of presentation, graphics, illustrations and training materials. Coordinate approval of policies and procedures and update Navex PolicyTech.Researches technical subject areas and translate complex concepts into accessible documentation. Works with project and site managers, staff, and others to develop required deliverables.Convert, upload and assign finalized policies and procedures into PolicyTech Navex PolicyTech Policy and Procedure Manager used daily.RequirementsBachelors degree Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting or related discipline is preferred. 2-3 years of business experience with Compliance, Internal auditing or Risk ManagementInterpersonal and communication skills and ability to work across functions Creative/analytical problem solving skills and innovative approaches to resolve complex problemsAdvanced Microsoft Word skills Strong Microsoft office skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePointSolid systems understanding and ability to identify improvements needed Prior experience and understanding NAVEXPolicyTech is a plus Qualifications Bachelors degree Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting or related discipline is preferred.2-3 years of business experience with Compliance, Internal auditing or Risk ManagementOcwen Financial Corporation, our affiliates and subsidiaries (Ocwen) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
