Identify and develop new relationships with members and clients.Develop new regions for sales penetration.Increase trading volumes and profitability on different products.Develop sales/ volume targets regionally and product-wise.Relationship management with members/ clients and drive business volumes.Identify and set-up alternate channels for increasing liquidity and trading volumes.Work closely with products team in generating leads and servicing clients as per their needs.Understanding of the exchange functionalities, systems and operations.Ability to liaison with corporates /agri value chain participants and get them on Spot platform.Understanding of the physicalmandi operations.Participate in seminars/ conferences to increase awareness on commodities trading.Educational Qualification MBA(Agri/ Finance/ Marketing)Experience & Industry 3-5 years of experience in sales/ products function with abank, financial institution, agriInput industry. CompetenciesGood negotiating and influencing skillsSound technical and business knowledgeGood relationship management skillsStrong network within the business communityEffective interpersonal & verbal and written communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
