Job DescriptionDevelop plans, integrated strategies and lead a virtual team of sales, marketing and technical resources across the company and its partnership with Microsoft.Drive sales for Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP and other cloud solutions.Researching various sources as well as identify and qualify opportunities through strategic relationships with the customer and Microsofts field organization.Driving selected projects and go-to-market communication comprised of industry solutions and services offerings to achieve opportunity win metrics.Conveying Why Company to customers from both business and technical perspectives.Leading the development of strategic presentations and proposals to position Company value and advantage to the customer.Developing opportunity pipeline, references/case studies, investment options, and business development/opportunity pursuit best practices.Owning and forecasting monthly and quarterly BDM based services revenues.Collaborating across the Company Business with significant focus on solutions that can be built on Office 365 and Windows Azure.Willingness to travel to customer facilities in India and South East Asia.Successful enterprise business development experience.Understanding of large complex enterprise programs and contract vehicles.5 to 8 years experiences Sales skills on ERP, MRP, CRM and HRMS softwareSuccessful track record of Sales & Marketing experience focused in technology solutions.Detailed knowledge of Microsoft technologies.Ability to develop CXO level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with partners such as Microsoft.Experience in managing enterprise accounts, business pipeline and revenue forecasts.Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & NAV is added advantage.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
