JOB DESCRIPTIONPrimary responsibilities will be generating new business leads and bringing new opportunities/ clients on-board for IT staffing sector by performing cold calls, running email campaign, networking and/or other sources.Responsible to fix meetings between Prospects and onsite Business Directors.Will be working on existing leads provided by management and convert them into opportunities or closure.Create the opportunity to on board the direct clients for staffing business.Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients.Work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiting team to understand and assess client needs. Updating daily business activities in the Sales force CRM.Submit to management all prospects reports whenever requested.RequiredCommunication - Fluent in English. Should have experience in making cold calls and running email campaign.Knowledge on working with direct clients will be an added advantage.Must have a Bachelor's degree.Candidate must be willing to work in U.S. time zone.
