Position Summary1. Demand generation in the field through techno commercial sales promotion for Thermo Fisher Scientific products by meeting large Pharma / Biopharma and Academic Research accounts in an assigned territory regularly and thereby strengthening the Brand Image amongst the customers2. Meeting stockiets/dealers in the market to book orders, outstanding payment collection, there by achieving sales & collection budget month after month. Also ensure collection of sales tax forms from the stockiest3. Regular feedback to RSM on market development, competitor s activity along with daily and monthly report. Submission of all reports to the Line Manager on time to maintain discipline.4. Supports sales management plans by maintaining effective customer relations and assuring continued market penetration and profitability by making in-depth calls to end users to achieve sales objectives5. Implements customer-specific action plans6. Develops and maintains purchasing and end user relationships7. Resolves customer service-related issues (i.e. pricing and product availability)8. Introduces new products and services to the accounts9. Develops new customers and performs other tasks as assigned by the Regional ManagerMinimum Requirements/Qualifications1. M.Sc. / B.Tech. with major subject from Life Sciences stream (Biochemistry / Biotechnology/ Microbiology)2. Job demands extensive travelling in the allotted territory3. Strong oral and written communication skills4. Seeking organized, high energy individual5. Good Time management skills6. Territory management skills7. Excellent selling, goal and objective setting skills
Degree: M.Sc. (Science)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-8
