Perform validation and maintenance of commissions data from the commissions systemExtract, refine, and upload data from the bookings system to the commissions system every quarter-endDevelop an understanding of the sales commissions plan structure and commissions system setup to audit the setup of sales incentive plans and assist in the roll out of mid-year sales incentive changesWork on ad hoc reporting and analysis requests and assist in sales incentive projectsAssist the global Sales Incentive team in quarterly commissions calculationsWork extended hours during quarter-end or year-end periodsRequired skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university, or equivalent experience5+ years of industry experience in sales operations, specifically dealing with commissionsSolid background in data and systemsGood analysis and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large data setsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand, e.g. quarter-close or year-endPassionate about choice in technology, open source, and Red HatFocus on delivering results in a customer-friendly, quality-first mannerTransactional reporting or sales commissions experience is a plusExperience with CRM or commissions software is a plus
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
