Responsible to handle inquiries of clients of B2B Industry.Can be able to handle existing clients complaints.She should have sound knowledge of back office work and administration work.Communicating with customer Telephone, mail, and others medium confidently.Presentable and proper professional communication skill should be must.Should be skilled in MS-Office.Ensure coordination in Office.Should be able to data management in Excel.She should be well verse in the value delivered to customers and the problem of the customer.
