Front-office credit risk management technology group is seeking a hands-on systems architect / technical lead to perform strategic renovation on mission-critical distributed infrastructure for real-time trade capture and market/reference data gathering to support the CVA trading desk. This individual will work with users and fellow architects/developers to understand business/technology requirements, derivative products, and existing data flows in order to renovate and enhance functionalities. This role requires an individual who is experienced in large-scale database development and complex data flow systems.Key technologies are Sybase/DB2, Informatica, Java, Perl, Unix shell scripting, and Autosys. Prior experience with financial data required. Prior experience with team leadership, project management, and large system design strongly desired.QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS REQUIRED5+ years experience in relational database technology, including modeling, design, development, and tuning. 3+ years Core Java with multithreading.3+ years Perl and/or Unix Shell scripting Prior experience with financial products required, preferably OTC Derivatives.SKILLS DESIREDDB2SybaseInformaticaJava C#Knowledge of financial products and risk management Exposure to counterparty risk, margining, collateral or confirmation systems
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 5-10
