-Proactively engage with clients and Visa client leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions; cultivate and manage a pipeline of work with clients-Develop frameworks, approaches and solutions that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.-Bring deep subject matter expertise to bear in undertaking engagements such as portfolio strategy, portfolio diagnostics, and cardholder lifecycle health checks.-Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, analytics, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa's resources-Produce insights and analysis to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the payment P&L-Where employee is a subject matter expert, provide knowledge sharing, coaching and training across functional teams and/or regionsQualificationsWe are looking for a superstar consultant with payment cards expertise, or a rock star payment card portfolio expert who can consult. You will have a deep understanding of the payment card P&L and critical factors in driving profitability, with a minimum of 15 years' experience within the business or consulting to clients in this domain.Specific requirements are-Focuses on identifying and meeting client's needs (internal and external) that result in high impact solutions-Substantial problem solving ability with strategic focus on impacting ROI-Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.-Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently-Executive Presence including excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.-Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, both with direct reports and those that are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization-Holds self and others accountable for measurable high quality, timely and effective results.-Displays a strong commitment to organizational success-Ability to identify key strategic issues and to generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.-Intellectual versatility, with command of concepts, trends and potential developments across technology, regulation, competition, as well as domain knowledge of portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, risk management-Experience in and passion for the power of analytics to inform and drive strategy and tactics, and proven ability to generate insights from dataIn addition, you will have-Language skills strong English written and verbal skills-Expert level Excel and PowerPoint-Excellent project management skills-Be very detailed oriented, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis-An understanding of statistical analysis, modeling, scoring schemes, etc.-Strong academic credentials, with relevant undergraduate degree and MBA or graduate degree preferred-Willingness to travel (30%)
