Job Details

Handle day-to-day payroll operations. Experience in handling Flexi Benefits plan salary structure. Ensures that the entire payroll is processed accurately and on time. Contact person for inquiries from the managers/supervisors/employees within the company. Processing Full & Final settlement calculations for exit employees. Managing the Year end activities (Investment proofs, Issuance of Form 16 etc.,) in coordination with 3rd party vendor Monitor and reconcile Payroll GL Accounting. HR Operations Creation of new hires ID in SAP (Globalview ADP). Manage Onboard and other joining formalities. Employee organization changes updations in SAP. Conduct Employees Induction programme on Payroll and Autotime subject for new hires. Confidentiality Responsible for keeping all records of the employees and maintains salary information confidential. Statutory compliances Responsible for co-ordination and compliance of ESI, PF, PT and Income Tax laws. Attend to PF, ESI, PT and IT inspections Time Office Management (Attendance) Administer Auto-time Communication related to payroll locks Generate required reports periodically, required for payroll. Automation of Payroll
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
