Responsible for meeting sales target through the Assigned ProjectsRole Description1. Responsible to Sell company products / Services to targeted customers in the assigned number of projects2. Responsible to attend to all enquiry calls with in TAT.3. Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned projects. 4. Submitting Daily call reports to Team Leader.5. Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc. 6. Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition in Brown Field projects.7. Deliver agreed target ARPU increase for the year and agreed exit ARPU8. Achieve agreed conversion of ISP service for all new activations9. .Achieve agreed conversion on high ARPU ISP Package (Bmax 1110 & above) within all new ISP activations10. Make sure the brand visibility across all the projectsKey Result AreasRole is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organisation by meeting the required sales targets. Recruitment SpecificationsBachelors degree or equivalent is mandatoryWork Experience1. Should have min 3-4 years experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales/EB Sales2. Should have the ability to interact with government authorities or third parties3. Should have experience handling multiple projects at any given point of time
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
