Ensuring Achievement of top line as well as customer walk-in numbers by planning and executing BTL activation and marketing promos Effective planning as per the monthly RP sheets keeping in mind the sale as well as walk-in targets.Planning and execution of marketing promos in the store as well external communication.Timely BTL activation as per the plan.Optimising the revenue generation potential by maximising GV/SOH Sales Identifying opportunities to sell gift vouchers to corporates.Build relationships with alliance partners for further prospects.Creation and communication of presentation to corporate leads.Handling the entire GV Sale cycle from Lead Generation to Closure of sale.Ensure Effective customer service to existing clients to ensure repeat business in future.Devising of means to communicate GV sales in the store. Ensuring a steady footfall to increase market share by ensuring Loyalty Enrolments Creating awareness about the payback green card program amongst the store staff through regular training.Keeping a track on the numbers of cards made per person/per department level to ensure achievement of weekly/monthly/quarterly numbers.Devising ways and means to motivate staff to ensure that the tempo for the card enrollment never loses its pace. Leverage the loyal customer to improve Loyalty Sale by promotionsDevising ways to increase the existing member contribution in the store sale by initiating promos as local level as well as following up of the progress of promos running at national level.Ensuring adequate level of customer service in store to ensure customer satisfaction which will indirectly lead to increased sale.Derive Data & Reports (internal as well as external) to plan , monitor and deliver the predefined targets Ensure that data and reports are required to analyse self as well as competition business are collated and timely sharedMaintaining & monitoring reports such as Competition Report/CE target v/s Ach report/PBGC weekly target v/s ach report. Establishment of Pantaloons as a Fashion Brand & ensuring customer connect activations Ensuring planning and execution of timely BTL activations which will help in establishing pantaloons as a fashion brand and also do customer connect activation on a regular basis to register the brand name in customers mind.Evaluating proposals received for sponsorships in colleges/youth festivals/other community arrangements.Planning and execution of special days related to specific community.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
