He / sheplay sa critical role in partnering with Core Finance Management / Leadership team in strategic decision making, structure MIS reports. He / she will play a critical role in assisting finance team in maintaining proper MIS documentation both under Indian GAAP and IFRS, ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting, complete audits, (statutory, internal, group) within specified time deadlines; help Finance & Accounts function enhance its operational efficiency to meet needs of organization and its internal customers. This is a tremendous opportunity for Senior Executive ?Finance to maximize and strengthen the MIS records within finance department, ensure timely reporting, strengthen internal controls, setting up processes to meet the needs of the changing environment Key ActivitiesTimely and Accurate Budgets, Forecast and Management Reporting ?Provide Timely reporting information, both locally and internationally (group). Provide Timely and Accurate Management Reports and reporting informationCarry out Period End closing activities to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting both for internal and statutory purposes.KEY User for all BAAN related activities related to Accounts, Finance, and Taxation needs of the organization.Work closely with finance team to contribute to development of the Strategic Plan of the organization.Support respective business units and territorial organizations within the company w.r.t consolidation of budgeting and reporting data.Financial Process Review ?Assist Finance team in reviewing and strengthening each and every Financial Process and Internal Control Procedures within the organizationWork closely with Finance team to develop suitable policies & guidelines to strengthen overall needs of changing accounting and taxation environmentContinuous Review of Financial Process, Accounting practices and Internal Control ProceduresPerform Risk Management & Assessments and plan all controlling and audit activities. KPITimely completion of Accounts (Group / Local GAAP), Statutory Audit, Internal Audit etcwithin specified time deadlinesBudgets and Management Reporting ?Provide Timely and Accurate Monthly Reporting information, both locally and internationally ( group )Work closely with Finance team to contribute to development of the Strategic PlanCost reduction InitiativesAverage NWC Job DescriptionCompetencies CA Inter, ICWA Inter, M Com with at least 6-8 years of valid experience in a similar company, both in Finance, Accounts, Financial management, MIS & Reporting techniques with strong accounting skills preferred.Strong communication and reporting skills and Team playerKeen eye for detail and ability to prioritize and ability to analyses and interpret huge sets of data.Advanced computer literacy with extensive knowledge on excel on Macros, V look up, H look up, @if conditions and pivot tablesGood Knowledge on Power point, Word, SQL preferableVery Good Knowledge on Reporting and PresentationVery Good Written and Verbal Communication.Ability to escalate problem resolution to higher levels without management assistanceMust be highly organized, A Self Starter who drives initiatives for process improvements / enhancements.Manage Multiple situations at one time, efficiently and professionallyMaintain professional relationship with internal customersPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitmentThe ideal candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination for entire company including division wise performance either a division or significant program areaAbility to translate financial concepts to ?and to effectively collaborate with -- programmatic and fund raising colleagues who do not necessarily have finance backgroundsTechnology savvyA successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision makingPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedicationGood Knowledge of local taxes, financial procedures and accounting principlesFull and Fluent knowledge of English Behavioral and Professional CompetenciesLeadershipResult OrientationEnergy, Tenacyand StaminaCommunication SkillPresentation SkillTraining SkillTeam work skillsSelf-ManagementNegotiation skillAbility to communicate effectively at many levels within the organization including senior management Inter dependenciesInput Managing Director, Head- Finance, Manager ?
