PurposeTo implement the sales plan for the assigned territory in South zone and provide market based inputs for further developing new market plan for the same zone as well as develop new products requirement as per customer needs, attaining customer complaints & trials. Position SpecificationEducational QualificationBE Polymers Or Diploma in Plastic engineering/CIPET Nature of experienceTechnical Product Sales, Distributor Management AccountabilitiesImplement budgeted sales volume for normal requirement and Identify New Products & application development and coordinating with the NPD team for commercialization.Effective redressal of customer complaint.Develop customer base for new polymers /new grades.To build relationship with Large Key Accounts.Receivables under control.To enhance image of the company.ResponsibilitiesOrder Follow up, getting price approval, order collection from Tier1 & large Key accounts, ensure posting orders, follow up with plant to ensure timely delivery & service, Distributors monthly schedule & 3 month s tentative plan collection, initiative for new product development after discussion with NPD head/ZM. Acceptance of NPD in consultation with ZM.Attend to customer complaints in time, assess its genuinely, and suggest trouble shooting actions accordingly, recommend material rejection/return to the plant, if required. Ensure all commercial activities as per our DOP & Sales Manual.Identify new areas where application of the product can be developed- to check with ZM for feasibility study & then follow up with NPD team after putting NPD Request in system and create a strong link with customer so that they can take initiative in doing trial of new products.Regular visits to Specific Tier-1 customers and understanding their specific requirements and later translating them into sales.Ensure proper coordination & collection with the Dbr & Zonal accounts on receivables. Complete Customer account reconciliation.Delivering all the commitments of the company in time to end customers and initiate brand building exercise under the guidance of Manager Mktg South Zone.Control PointTo achieve budgeted sales volume.No open ended customer complaint in system.No dead stock in the godown regarding this.Clear Sales accounting.Volume from New Customer & New Product.% Share from Key Account.To ensure the timely payment from customer.100% Accounts Reconciliation of Distributor as well as allocated key account customers. Number of OD & Receivables Number of days sales.To enhance the brand image of company.
