Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levelsNetworking with employees / vendors to tap the referencesIdentify key consultants for different roles to ensure the TAT is optimizedSpotting the talent by visiting the field on regular basisMaintaining a visibility on Job Portals and Social Networking sitesFlashing the position using career mail IDs and running the employee referral policyReleasing the IJPs / flashing requirements on Taleo for openings and ensuring that internal employees are given a chance before going to the marketScreening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce in PFRL storesPutting in place robust filtering mechanisms to ensure that only right fit are selected for further roundsIn depth interviews / assessment tests to ensure the candidate fits the job criterion perfectlyDo a thorough back ground check of candidates before hiring.Optimising the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgetsEnsuring adherence to salary budgetsStriking smart deals with vendors / potential employees.Maximizing the recruitment through internal references / networking with employeesEnsuring that offers are acceptable to both the parties to ensure minimum drop outsOn Boarding the employees to ensure they understand adapt to the new working environment in the most effective manner Devise systems and processes to ensure that candidate is fit for employmentDefine and develop onboarding process which is fast and at the same time exhaustive in terms of capturing the details from the candidatesEnsuring the candidate settles down well within the organization and all his queries are resolvedDelivering the requisite tools that an employee needs to work in his role (Mail ID, E Code, HRMS Details, Laptop etc.)Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and as per the requirementsCapturing the vacancies across departmentsUnderstanding the roles for better candidate sourcing and identifying openings in pipeline.Sharing regular updates of status on various vacanciesGetting interviews scheduled in such a manner that TAT is reduced
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
