Act as a single point of contact for all facilities management escalationsOversee the operation, staffing, performance, and development of the India Facilities Operations teamUnderstand the facilities management scope and develop processes, procedures, and improvements in consultation with the outsourced vendorEnsure Red Hat Facility Operations Standards are maintained in all areas, including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, front office, help desk, mail room, BMS, engineering, events, organization visits, and community eventsEnsure that outsourced FM and vendors staff track the completion of the scheduled work and adhere to agreed SLA and KPIEnsure all reports, checklists, and statutory compliance are followed at all timesEnsure accuracy of the data and analyze the FM costs, calculating and comparing costs for required goods and services to achieve maximum valueDevelop, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets to establish targets are met across IndiaEnsure monthly invoicing is done on time as per agreed timelines and take sign-offProvide leadership, resources, work direction, and performance management for team to meet organizational and client needsDrive future facilities management strategic planningEnsure Red Hat policies, processes, and procedures are adhered by all staff in the India Facility Operations teamEnsure that the Facilities Operations team effectively manages the Organization relationship and resolves issues communicating the timeline for resolutionEnsure all operational budgets are updated on time and variance analysis is presented to the Senior Manager Global Facilities and Red Hat Financial AnalystEnsure vendor Relationships are build on trust and managed to the maximum benefit for Red HatResponse times meet minimum response requirements set out in Policies and Procedures/Management Service AgreementEnsure that the Facilities team reports on time and preempts Red Hat local management/ leaders concernsKeep Red Hat compliant with policies and proceduresRequired skillsGoal-oriented with the ability to manage individual and team performanceResults-oriented with the ability to make difficult decisionsDesire to promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with your team, peers, and leadershipAbility to work with vendors and the outside communityAbility to communicate vision, strategy, plans and performance in a clear and motivational mannerGood listening skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience8-12 years of experience in a business or facilities-related function
