Job Details

1. Equip leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management etc. and also to manage their teams strategy in line with their business plans2. Play a pivotal role in Talent Management ensuring capability building for the organization, while working closely with senior management, business leaders and employees to create a culture of superior performance and aligning the same to organization s goals3. Provide support on the research, design and development of HR policies/initiatives in support of our HR strategy4. Spearheading planning, designing, establishing and improving various strategic initiatives, inculcating best practices across different business and HR functions in accordance to organizations goalsDesired Candidate Profile1. MBA from premier college with at least 8-10+ years of experience in HR and Strategic HRM2. Minimum 5 years experience of working in senior management3. Experience in developing strategies, talent development and management4. Knowledge of best practices regarding Human Capital Management including process and aligning them to companys goals and vision
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
