Creating Job Requisition creating job postings for all job boards, consultants, referral emails etcResume Screening As candidates apply for positions, thoroughly screens each resume to determine appropriateness using the application tracking systemConducting job interviewsReports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment processCoordinating of all recruitment tests, tasks and other process points like background or reference checks etcResponsible for all paperwork and joining formalities for new hiresAnalysing the hiring metrics, recruitment dashboards, thereby suggesting changes in the process etcMaintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication to meet hiring needs on priorityNew joiner orientation and onboarding of employeesMonitoring the job market and preparing analysis and summaries of the main job market movementsBe able to sift good profiles from job portals like Naukri, Monster and social media like Facebook, Linkedin etcWhat makes you special?Excellent oral and written communication skills identifies and presents information or data that will have a strong effect on others (for instance uses graphics/concept notes in sharing JDs with the candidates explaining the role and organisation)Excellent screening and very good interviewing skill can create criteria for screening, screen almost any application at all levels; interviews successfully and recommends a definite hire for all junior and mid-levels is able to share recommendations for technical roles and few senior general rolesAbility to express, influence and speak intelligently at some level of detail about our organisation, various roles/growth paths, relevance in larger context, comparison across different industries, and be able to articulate why we are a good organisation to work with etc.; ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong talent in generalKnowledge of MS Office, usage of ATS/other systems, proficient use of job posting portals etcExcellent co-ordination and administration skills administering the entire process without missing any steps, being a bridge between the organisation (hiring manager, candidate and external channel if any)Attention to detailing and good at documentingExcellent follow-up and reporting skill reporting progress promptly to supervisors and hiring managers and pushing to maintain the TAT as committedVendor management/negotiationsPresentation skillsTeam PlayerSo, who fits in?Graduate or an MBA in HR2-3 years of experience as a IT recruiter
