Job DescriptionProcess Compliance Statutory & Regulatory compliance (Certification) Manage process audits as per agreed guidelines and SLAs, participate in statutory external and internal audits, highlight non-compliance IN ORDER TO ensure the talent acquisition pr ocesses are compliant MIS & Reporting Analyze MIS data to identify the Talent acquisitions trends and gaps involving Talent Pool availability (from the market/ campuses), Offers, joins etc. IN ORDER TO enable quick and easy decision making across diffe rent stakeholders. Technology Enablement Collaborates with IS and other stakeholders to develop and pursue areas for system intervention IN ORDER TO enhance operational effectiveness Vendor Management Partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opp ortunities, enable vendor scalability through capability building, Monitor performance and process compliance of vendors IN ORDER TO ensure achievement of recruitment objectives. Sourcing Identifies most effective sourcing channels (colleges, advertise ments, placement agencies, portals, referrals etc), monitor effectiveness of the channels and optimize cost per hire IN ORDER TO meet the unit/ geography targets within the overall budgets On boarding Leads senior level hiring programs, positions the ro le appropriately to the candidate, develops niche hiring programs to attract talent from premier institutions/ organizations, integral part of the negotiation process with candidates, resolves conflicts, manages candidate management initiatives pre and po st hiring, interacts with recruits at colleges post hiring and sets expectations, provides inputs for self development IN ORDER TO ensure candidate delight and improve offer conversions Assessment Ensures adherence to recruitment standards/ process comp liance within the team, forms an integral part of the selection process for middle management hiring for the unit/ region, undertakes niche role hiring from institutions, interviewer training and assessment IN ORDER TO ensure consistency and quality in se lection processes Research, Analytics & Benchmarking Partners with the planning & research team, interacts with customers (colleges/ peers group/ applicants etc), analyses historical trends within, leads benchmarking initiatives within the team specific to the unit/ tech/ domain/ hiring track, recommends best in class practices for talent acquisition at a unit/ hiring track level IN ORDER TO generate insights into competitor landscape and determine focus areas External Employer Branding Represents bra nd Infosys in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc), Develops and implements round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region (faculty, recruits, potential candidates, college managem ent, etc) leveraging alumni support, provides inputs to the branding team and executes the branding strategy IN ORDER TO position Infosys as the Employer of Choice Sourcing Plan Conceptualize and design the sourcing plan through direct/ indirect channel s IN ORDER TO meet the unit/ geography/ region targets within the overall budgets Staffing Plan Partners with the unit delivery heads/ E&R/ ILI/ Planning etc to define specific roles, technology, locations and functional areas, scans competitive activit ies in the region/ hiring track, determines hiring potential from key colleges within the region IN ORDER TO develop the staffing plan to meet requirements of the units/ region
