Preparation and presenting company s profile as well as solution offerings to prospective customers,and tapping new market opportunities. Develop a very detailed understanding of the organisation s products, solution offerings and be aSingle point of contact for customers in all technical and commercial aspects, including solutiondesign, solution optimisation to meet the customer expectations, and develop technical expertise tocompete effectively against the competition. Work closely with the core team at HQ providing timely reports for Funnel, Orders closed, Orders inpipeline for closure, and lost projects with reasons. Create a transparent and highly visible operational process so that core team members from HQcan provide full support to the regional team for all activities such as Marketing, sales, andoperations. Lead all business development initiatives, marketing activities, brand awareness and networkingwith decision makers in the target region. Responsible for the complete managerial position for the region with focus on Lead generation,funnel building, pre sales, solution design, proposal submission, follow ups, negotiations, closure,project planning and execution, profit maximisation, documentation, and collections. Provide Consultation to customers in the AV, Digital Signage, Voice, PA, UC and Conference roomSolutions domainProgramming Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory) All types of Audio DSP (Biamp-Audia / Nexia, Clearone - Converge Series / Intract Series, Harman-BSS Audio) Control System - Extron, Crestron, Etc. Mixers - VENUE, Yamaha, SoundCraft, SSL, Neve, Studer, TLA, Allen & Heath GL Series Etc. DAW - Protools, Neundo, Cubase. Others - Ableton Live, Reason, Various VST and VSTi Plugins. Effect / Dynamic Processor- Lexicon, TC-Electronics, Universal Audio, dbx Audio, BBE, Etc
