5 to 8 years of work experience in business development/Sales with media/ entertainment industry. ( Preferred Airport Sales). Allied Industries acceptable.SkillsShould have hands-on experience of concept selling, brand selling, prospecting and business development/alliancesA networked individual with contacts across service industries/consumer brandsUnderstanding and ability to understand media and marketing concepts and terminologyA go-getter , self-motivated person with reasonably good oral and written communication and Presentation skillsFluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office productivity softwareProblem-solving, multi-tasking, innovation skills and creativity will give the candidate competitive edge.Job DescriptionThe Business Development / Sales personnel will be primarily responsible for growing the revenue by sales efforts market coverage and new business development.Identifying brands, businesses and industries to service, with the objective of increasing our media usage and advertising sales revenues.Develop customized strategies for win-win association with clients from various industries and with advertising agencies.Capable of conceiving original consumer engagement strategies and pitch them to clients and develop long term business relations.Monitor the day to day sales activity of self, reporting and target-achievement. Constantly gauge market responses for further strengthening our business relationships.Maintaining all documentation pertaining to above responsibilities.Lead the team.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
