Job duties and responsibilities Delivery, maintenance and deployment of a digital learning environment and the integrated tools/services. Creation and maintenance of engaging and pedagogically sound online resources through a pool of eLearning content partners Creating a framework for reviewing and monitoring of deliverables of eLearning partners Reviewing instruction design, storyboarding, quality of modules and timelines developed by partners for key initiatives Scan the environment, with support from IT R & D team, to identify new and upcoming digital learning technologies for suitability and enhancing user experience To take a proactive approach, through projects and process improvements initiatives, to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the digital learning platform and to improve the learning experience of users Be the operating liaison for IT in the implementation of Academy s digital learning platform/virtual campus Identify and facilitate sharing of best practice across businesses with regards to digital learning. Be an advocate of digital learning tools and techniques to complement current learning mediums/ methodologies. Basic qualificationsWith the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities & experience Ability to convert business requirement and user needs into a cogent solution Excellent technical understanding of digital platforms; in depth understanding of current & emerging trends in digital learning content Hands on experience in designing and delivering eLearning content; this would include instruction design skills, storyboarding, experience of various eLearning tools & technologies and quality monitoring tools & techniques Experience of using social networking technologies Project management skills with clear goal setting, milestone definition and tracking (with partners and business) Strong partner management skills Ability to communicate & influence effectively and build relationships at all levels Prior digital consulting experience is preferred Experience in working on a Moodle based LMS platform is preferredThe ideal candidate should possess 8 to 10 years of experience in the learning & development and specifically eLearning /digital space. The position will require problem solving, analytical and influencing skills.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
