Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphas empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforceEnsures coordination & implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issuesAdministration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational developmentDevelopment of HR Policies and its documentationManpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacanciesRecruitment and staffing logisticsBuild and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.Develop / execute engagement and retention strategiesCompliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect toESI / PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, Factory Inspector, etc.Employee safety, welfare, wellness and healthDesired Candidate ProfileMBAHR from reputed institute with 10 to 12 years of post qualification experience in Human ResourceExperiences with heavy emphasis on setting up of HR ProcessesSolid expertise in HR functional areas including performance management, staffing, training, compensation and benefitsAble to think strategically and translate business goal to HR operationsDemonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.Good communication, organization, coaching, interpersonal and influencing skills.Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
