Job ResponsibilitiesCompensation & BenefitsS/he will be responsible for researching, implementing and administering all company benefit plans. Statutory / Labor Law ManagementMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. Employee RelationsBe the point of contact for all staff regarding HR matters.Employee Life Cycle ManagementDrive onboarding & Exit FormalitiesEnsuring all documentation is done / issued as per timeline & on ad hoc basis & also ensures proper file management system is maintainedExecute transition changes, transfers and other letters required by employeesEnsure all employee grievances are addressed & resolvedServe on several internal committees including Worksite Wellness and Diversity.HR AnalyticsComplete ownership of HR systems to ensure data is up to date at all times & all employee records are accurateFocus on automation of routine reports to eliminate wastage of time.Monitor and control HR BudgetPerformance Management Drive performance management to ensure timely closure of KRAs and reviewsAnalysis and execution of increments/promotions, salary breakup, letter preparation, bonus payouts etcAnalyze salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.Oversee performance evaluation procedures from end to end.HR AuditMonitor and conduct internal process auditsFacilitate financial, statutory and payroll audits Employee EngagementDrive employee engagement activitiesIdentify and work with external HR consultants and attorneys on special projects as needed. RequirementsMBA from Top B-school with specialization in HR/Labor LawsMinimum 5-7 years of work experienceCapable to work under pressure & deliver as per timelineVery strong writing & communication skillsExtremely detail orientedLogical thinking, Problem-solving, innovativeManagerial and mentoring skills are required
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
