This role provides market access support for GE Healthcares Affordable Healthcare Product Portfolio. It is based within the Global Market Access group, which is part of the Global Marketing Organization of GE Healthcare (GEHC). The individual in this role will demonstrate the value of GE Healthcare s marketed and in-development products to providers, governments and other stakeholders that influence the purchasing decisions.Essential Responsibilities Develop strong, defensible and differentiate value propositions for products within GEHC s Affordable Healthcare portfolio in collaboration with product and regional marketers Prepare analytic calculators, white papers, literature reviews, and other marketing collateral that simply and effectively communicates these value propositions Generate evidence that substantiates the economic value propositions Effectively train other members of the marketing and sales team on the economic value propositions and associated sales collateral Identify and manage external contractors undertaking economic studies on behalf of GE Healthcare. Where appropriate, undertake in-house economic studies Effectively communicate health economic plans and economic study results undertaken by GE Healthcare and by other organizations to internal and external audiences.Qualifications/Requirements Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in finance or accounting, advanced accounting degree, or Masters degree in Economics, Health Economics or Finance. Experience evaluating capital investment decisions or technology product pricing Experience conducting research to evaluate the impact of new products on outcomes Understanding of healthcare and healthcare markets Excellent project management skills with strong orientation to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment Proven ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams Self-starter who is passionate about the roleDesired Characteristics Deep experience in healthcare and healthcare markets, especially medical imaging Proven ability to create economic justifications for product purchases in healthcare or other industries Experience generating evidence on the impact of new medical technologies on economic outcomes Creative thinker who can develop novel ways of communicating product value to customers Ability to successfully establish rapport with a wide spectrum of personalities. Maintains a professional image and credibility with openness and candor. Ability to organize own work without continuous direct supervision and comfortable working with a virtual team Experience working with and influencing within diverse and multi-national teams
