DENTIFICATION AND IMPLEMENTATION Set up the marketing technology roadmap, clearly marking strategic priorities for marketing investments Work with various technology partners to understand solutions, evaluate platforms relative to competitors and inform investment decisions Liaison with IT to drive implementation of selected platforms Identify third party tools and technologies for targeting, optimization and measurement capabilities Ensure effectiveness, integration and interoperability amongst various tools DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CAPABILITIES Lead the process of development and implementation of new capabilities and platforms for marketing like CMS, Website, Intranet, Recommendation engine, Multi-channel marketing modelling and alike Create marketing use cases and highlight requirements from the above platforms Create business requirement documents and liaison with IT and Analytics teams for development Identify and work with specialist agencies for development of new assetsUI AND UX MANAGEMENT Define the overall design solution approach for all digital assets Deploy the design solution across the entire proprietary digital footprint Monitor the performance of the assets on an ongoing basis using UX labs and partner capabilities Make necessary interventions to the UI and UX to ensure goal conversions OPTIMISATION AND ENHANCEMENTS Create a review process to proactively identify enhancement opportunities in existing assets Work with external agency partners to carry out ongoing enhancements required by business Oversee the process of development of tactical digital capabilities like online formsCOMPETITOR AND TREND BENCHMARKING Benchmark marketing technology platforms and investments with key competitors Create and execute a process of identification of global marketing technology trends and their applicability for the business Proactively call out investment requirements in anticipation of any fundamental changes in the technology landscape TEAM MANAGEMENT AND CROSS-COE COLLABORATION Work with various COEs within marketing and across the company to lead the implementation of key projects Lead a team of Marketing technologists, ensuring a balance between future-facing deployments and ongoing monthly optimization and enhancement requirements of businessAGENCY PARTNERSHIPS Create a thriving ecosystem of agency partners who will work with us across the spectrum of activities ranging from strategic deployments to ongoing enhancements for business KEY METRICS Business KPIsInvestment ROIs Execution effectiveness parametersPeople engagement Basic qualificationsyears experience in Project management/ Systems Integration role with a technology services provider -Must have a hands-on experience of implementing Enterprise marketing platforms -Relevant experience in UI/UX will be a desirable plusAPTITUDE -Team management and indirect influence-Speed and agility -Manage change and ambiguity
