Develop effective plans for the project by defining scope, action and expected results Define and collect reports on progress, problems, risks, recommendations and solutions Identify and articulate implementation risks, mitigation strategies and creates contingency plans Define, design, implement, monitor, and support process improvement initiatives across multiple projects and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives and strategy Make projections and schedule accordingly, keeping cost and effort in mind Ensure Quality and Compliance are managed at portfolio level Recruit and allocate staff Manage process deliverables in line with the process plan Business Development Assist in making presentations to client teams Participate in business development activities by assisting with scoping potential engagements Internal Process Identify and implement standard processes and procedures for work initiation, project definition, management reporting and project closure; Improvise processes based on specific project needs Record and manage project issues and escalate when necessary Resolve cross-functional issues at project level Manage project scope, change control and escalate issues when necessary Monitor project progress and performance Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to the senior management Resource Utilization Ensure optimum utilization of resources (manpower, infrastructure, etc.) Team Management Identify and assign appropriate roles to team members Set reasonable, challenging and clear performance goals for direct reports, monitor performance and provide appropriate feedback Support and provide guidance to team to achieve personal, team and professional goals Track competency gaps that exist among team members and ensure that relevant development courses and appropriate tasks are assignedQualificationsQualifications7-10 years of operational experience with BPOLean/Six Sigma Black Belt certificationAt least 2 years of experience leading a total of at least 250 employeesExperience in more than one of the following markets is greatly preferred (Financial Services, Credit/Debit Card, Mortgage, or Legal)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
