Job Details

Design & implement processes identification for Operational risk events, reporting & maintenance of loss database Understand Loss Data Management (LDM). Collated Loss data across company, validate loss events, Analyze and Report Loss data through Management level dashboards using GRC tool Collation of Loss data through Intranet/Employee portal - Ensure timely employee communication on Loss Data collation through portal. Validate collated data and conduct R&R as per policy Metric Management Support business/functions for identification of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Create KRIs on GRC tool, collate KRI data as per their frequency, monitor and report KRIs. Report KRI breaches and support ORM SPOCS for creation of remediation Coordinate with Central team to ensure LDM and Metric modules of the GRC tool are updated with latest data. Collaborate with Business heads /Functional Heads to implement an effective Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) within the Business/Functions to ensure operational risks and controls are being managed appropriately Partner Business/functions to identify operational risks in processes, evaluate effectiveness of controls through structure RCSA exercise. Manage Issues and actionable from RCSA projects Project Management skills Run and / or support various ORM for business/functions using standardized project management structure. Coordinate and support business/function units to enable them to deploy solutions.
