Job DescriptionThis position manages OTC Operation deliverables for specific AHS (Accenture HospitalityServices) contracts and ensures that they meet or exceed Accenture and client expectations.This role ensures that appropriate procedures are in place and properly functioning to enableAccenture to demonstrate that the deliverables are met and the processes efficient and effectiveRequired to make a variety of decisions, some complex in nature, with concern for impact onothers, but predominantly affecting own area of controlProvides and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referralto senior managementOperates largely independently in meeting defined business objectives and goalsPerforms complex tasks and participates in complex cross-area/function activitiesConducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of group/resourcesRequired to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternativesolutionsManages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility, buildsclient relationships in the wider group or unitManage relationship and partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure allexpected requirements are metProvide leadership for a team of direct reportsDefine standards and expectations within team, internal and external stakeholders Preparatorywork for compliance with statutory, legal and tax requirements for all entitiesMonthly reporting in a timely and accurate mannerLiaison with auditors as and when required internal & external. Resolve audit issues andimprove control environmentContinuous development and training of staff including attrition controlDeliver against requirements agreed with country in SOW (Statement of Work) documentBe part of the Delivery Center (DCs) management team with inputs given into DCs futuredevelopment, strategic planning and problem resolutionTo continuously explore and drive the teams for all possible avenues to improve and innovatecurrent processes and bring about productivity improvements and resultant cost savesMaintain appropriate Governance structure to facilitate seamless operations.
