Would be responsible for identifying potential prospect data source and coordinate with Prospect Data Team to organize the data, leverage these data across Rural Lending product Would be responsible to collate, analyze existing customer data, based on customer demographic details, segmentation and Design campaign for Call Centre for all products in Rural Lending. Identify and improve Call Centre productivity based on different campaign Need to monitor and track Data to lead conversion based on customer segments / Demographic / Campaign Visit branches to understand market requirement and coordinate with functions to execute these requirements Closely interact and work with Business Heads / NSM to deliver business goalsBasic qualifications? In-depth understanding of the financial loan products, ? Meticulous in work, analytical capabilities and perseverance to deliver within deadlines.? In-depth knowledge of documentation.? Ability to learn and apply learning quickly.? Effective verbal and written communication skills.? Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.? Minimum graduation with 6-7 years of experience as Manager in Retail Lending NBFCs/Banks preferred.
