Job duties and responsibilities Responsible to enrich customer contact information using internal database / external data integration Help collections team in tracing skip / absconding customers using technology solutions Identify suitable technology solutions for requirement based data enrichment, contactability increase and implement the suitable solution for collections benefit Regular analysis of the available solutions, data and plan for the improvement to ensure sufficient information availability for collections Liaison with cross functional team for the data availability and enrichment leveraging the existing database / information Identify source of information and regularization of the sources for information input for collections using technology and solutions Analyze current process and identify the opportunity to increase the contactability and other ways to improvise contactability with skip customers Try to identify the patterns for skip customers, use available information tactfully to trace out them for collection requirementBasic qualificationsGraduate / Post Graduate with minimum 5 - 6 years work experienceHands on experience in working on analytics and BI tools Knowledge of various technology tools in area of skip tracing Experience in handling skip tracing is essentialExcellent Communication and negotiation Skills
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
