Job duties and responsibilities Built capabilities, processes and policies for the off role staffing teams. Work closely with partners both external partners - Staffing partners, Technology partners and internal partners - Business verticals & the staffing team. Responsible for smooth and timely implementation of various automation and process enhancement drives. Responsible for engaging with relevant stakeholders viz Manpower service provider, Staffing system provider, iConnect team, BFL, IT team, etc. Responsible for devising and implementation of various Initiatives within the Staffing team. Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables. Development and Maintenance of project Management Policies and Procedures.Basic qualifications Graduate with a minimum an experience of 5 years. Should have worked and implemented It related projects preferable in the HR Domain. Smart project management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which supports businesses and Staffing team Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
