The Incumbent will be responsible for partnering with business and HR team on all people related actions, including Productivity, Engagement, Career progression, Talent Management, Attrition & Retention. Develops strong business relationships with senior management teams and leverage the relationships to deliver people objectives and influence in building the right culture in the organization. This position is required to influence stakeholders and provide high level of expertise so that the businesses/functions can make fact-based decisions on people issues Responsible for embedment of all Org wide initiatives with business leaders like Manpower Planning, re - structuring, organizational design, E-SAT actionable, Learning & Development Initiatives and Talent Management Initiatives Anchor people related change initiatives along with the businesses/functions Work closely with the COEs, Business and HR in designing the right solutions Work on specific development plans for the team members coordinating with HRBasic qualifications Must have a first-hand working experience in a business line role Current or Past. Management degree from a reputed business school. The Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 of experience, in handling large functional unit. Should have understanding of the nuances and dynamics of large financial services businesses. Should have been in a people leader role leading team members for a period of at least 4+ yrs. Should bring thought leadership with respect to people intervention
