Job Details

Provide operational support to the HR team, Cross functional teams & Business functions Provide front-line support to employees and managers Foster and support a positive, employee-oriented company culture that emphas quality, continuous improvement and employee engagement Ensures the organization is compliant with all applicable employment laws Organize, audit, and maintain employee files Assist in conducting new-hire orientations, compliance trainings, and new manager assimilations Coordinate pay, performance, non-monetary communications related changes Support the Group Business Head in key areas such as performance management, employee relations, employee, and organizational development Partner with HR team to manage engagement and retention initiatives Facilitate Business HR and Culture+Wellness related events Basic qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Talent Management role Solid knowledge of HR best practices including benefits, compensation, , performance management, employee relations policies and procedures Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload with strong follow-through Strong oral and written communication; able to communicate effectively within BFL diverse culture Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to drive results Excellent priority-setting and time management skills Flexibility and adaptability; ability to successfully work under pressure, respond to shifting needs and manage multiple tasks at one time High professional standards and strong employee service mentality Ability to maintain confidentiality Presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable in front of small and large audiences Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter. Good knowledge of MS-Office is a must.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
