Be competence Center for all messaging related topics. Understand regulatory and local market changes across the region and current and future standards and assess their impact on messagingIncrease, standardize and optimize usage of financial messaging products within the bank and drive improvement in efficiency, cost reduction or increase in control. As well as Pre-empting potential issues and risks before they occur and take mitigating actionsProvide subject matter expertise and support to central messaging hub in all aspects of messaging operations (including SLAs, production support for messaging and sanctions in liaison with APAC business users, support business users in messaging queries business, systems, transformation etc.)You Offer Solid experience in messaging gained in the finance industry & regulatory developments in APACAnalytical aptitude , conceptual and organizational abilities are essentialAbility to understand the bigger picture and able to drive and influence changeClear & concise verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.Proven track record of coordinating multiple deliveries concurrently and across regions.Demonstrable experience and knowledge of operations processDemonstrable experience and knowledge of end to end process flowsWorking locally in PuneAwareness of Credit Suisse or local business processes and infrastructure is an advantageExcellent understanding of SWIFT tools, products and projects (SWIFT Gateway, AMH/SWIFT Alliance) is preferableConcluded bank-technical basic education with suitable continuing educationProvide governance to user change requests and help them implement and drive effective change to ensure productivity and efficiency. This will include managing cross business prioritization and deliveryUnderstand APAC clients, their business strategy, industry initiatives and how Credit Suisse serves them to provide niche products. Develop and provide messaging related trainingBe a strategic partner to program and platform changes including Front2Back operation strategic initiatives, SWIFT-standard releases and legal entity programs and provide business intelligence analysis and support to regulatory or audit queries in relation to messagingEstablish excellent relationships with Zurich Global Messaging Hub, IT and other key Operations Managers in APAC enabling successful team delivery. Information and communication with the Messaging user group through Advisory groups
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
