Skills & ExperiencePowerful verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication, relationship building,social networking skillsStrategic, analytical and problem solving mindset- Must have an aptitude for analytical concepts and thinking.Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability.Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environmentExperience in consultative selling is a big plus, Should be ready to work as per US timings (730 PM - 430 AM IST)Experience 2.6 yearsJob DescriptionUnderstanding client business including existing pain points and create winning solutions to address the requirementsEngaging with global clients for product discussions and functional demonstrationsDrive all product demonstrations and be able to transition the lead for the appropriate next step in the sales process.Assist/work with the sales team to develop the sales strategy within the targeted accountsIdentify the various stakeholders within the targeted organization and understand how to gather key information like reporting structure, budget cycles & building relationships with key stake holders.Develop presentations and proposals for key accounts in line with client requirementsProposal Management Responding to RFPs , RFIs, RFQsWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver saleable results during advanced level negotiations and engagements with prospects.Recognize the decision maker types and their roles in a buying decision and position the product and offerings to match their buying tendencies.Engage with prospects on an on-going basis for requirement gathering and relationship building throughout the sales cycle.Provide strategic inputs for the business based on interactions with prospective customersWorking closely with senior management (Director, VP and CxO) stakeholders of top global companies
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
