Job DescriptionThe Proposal Writer is responsible for the management of all assigned sales opportunities from the Sales Qualify Stage to Closure including the on-time delivery of Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates, Engagement Proposals, and Statement of Works to the Keste Sales Representative in India for delivery to the prospect or customer. The Proposal Writer is responsible for managing the pre-sales process and from time-to-time may act as a Pre-Sales Project Manager. The Proposal Writer is for responsible for proposal kickoff meetings and facilitating technical reviews with the proposal Win team regarding all work product that goes to a prospect or customer. The Proposal Writer is responsible for getting approvals from the Keste IDC and USA management teams prior to delivery to the Keste Sales Representative and the customer.RESPONSIBILITIESManages the Pre-Sales Proposal ProcessServes as the project manager and driver of any assigned pre-sales opportunitiesConducts Sales Opportunity Kick-off Meetings with the assigned sales opportunity Win team for each sales opportunityBuilds a project timeline and assignments to meet the schedule for on-time delivery for all Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates, Engagement Proposals, and Statement of Works to be delivered to the Keste Sales RepresentativeConstructs and builds the pre-sales opportunities Win Teams with the Practice Area Program DirectorsFacilitates all go-no-go meetings with the Practice Area Leaders and Program DirectorsWorks with the assigned technical teams in a collaborative mannerManages the timeline, resources, and status report for each sales opportunity in Salesforce (Keste Sales CRM forecasting and reporting tool)Required SkillsSelf-motivated with a proven track record in proposal management with solution focused professional services consulting companiesComfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organizationMust be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a pre-sales project schedule, implementation project schedule, and able to handle multiple prioritiesAdditional preferred qualifications areMasters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferredAdvanced experience with Oracle and Salesforce Software Applications and ProductsExperience with other ERP Consulting CompaniesStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designsKnowledge in systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraintsMust demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realitiesShould have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practicesMust maintain professional knowledge and relationships with Oracle ecosystemEight plus (8+) years of relevant experience in professional services in a consulting environmentProven solutions consulting experience in large enterprisesProven Project Management experience and expertiseExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Project
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 8-13
