The Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and senior management to ensure the roles cover all skills that are needed to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate success.He/She will reinforce the brand by using a variety of tools to identify and align candidates with SCA Technologies. Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to verify fit and make recommendations based on the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.Use Boolean searches, sourcing tools, and other emerging technology to identify and engage potential candidatesAccountabilitiesRecruit technical and software industry professionals at all levels for roles in professional services, product management and software engineering.Recruit passive and active candidates through social media, job boards, networking, postings, and campus events, as well as other creative means.Track all candidates through the ATS (Applicant tracking system) and use the data to provide status updates to hiring managers and Senior Management.Starting with the resume screening process through the offer, keep the candidate informed and create an experience that reflects the SCA brand.Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to verify fit and make recommendations based on the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.Maintain a pipeline that allows for benchmarking.Work with marketing to enhance and market the company to current and prospective employeesConsistently communicate employee value proposition to current employees to retain and engage. Use employee testimonials to affirm the brand.Develop and use metrics to assess and track measures of quality of hire, employer brand awareness, time to fill and cost to hire.Coordinate on-boarding plan and goal setting meeting with the help of managers and leadersStay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and hire top talent at SCA.Participate in additional HR projects/initiatives as needed.QualificationsDemonstrated success with hiring in the software or supply chain industry. Minimum of 5 years experience in technical recruiting in a professional environment (company vs. agency experience is a strong preference) Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, closing and relationship management Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships Ability to effectively and credibly interact with all levels within the organization. Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly. Must be highly organized and possess strong planning and problem solving skills and techniques HR experience in high volume, growth oriented environment Bachelor Degree required, Masters Preferred
