Job RequirementsMinimum of 6-10 years of experience in sales and operations aspect towards training and development initiativesShould possess excellent knowledge of latest technologies to analyze data, report and present informationAbility to drive sales and operations team to perform at a maximum levelManage the entire training plan that is in line with organizational business strategyShould possess excellent communication skillsExperience of working for a company that conducts professional certification trainings will be an added advantageJob Application Details Candidates fulfilling the above requirements may email their resume to hrteam@invensis.net, walk-in or you can submit your resume online by clicking the "Apply Now" button below.Job DescriptionShould be able to manage training and development initiatives that meet organizations business objectivesIdentify the Gap Analysis for the company's training needs and develop a comprehensive annual training planSet the training calendar for an entire year with certification courses that are well spread outManage the training sales and operations team by building the right team structure to enhance their knowledge, skills and capabilitiesShould take responsibility of conducting trainings across the globe and set the training budget for all the departmentsAbility to manage the training operations team performance and ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly KPIs are met according to the standards.Reviews post training feedback and communicate the same to the sales and operations teamManual sourcing of qualified trainers to conduct trainings across the globeInitiate and develop ideas for process improvement, quality and service levelsEstablish seamless communication channels between sales, operations, trainers, and venue and training partnersEnsure that teams follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) which are in line with organizational strategyTrain, develop and evaluate the performance of the operations team, particularly in the areas of operations standards and processes, CRM, products, and services offered.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
