Our client one of the leading Shipping Company requires a Senior Sales Executives for their operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE license and have at least 2 – 3 years airfreight working experience, Responsibilities: -        Sales competency for airfreight service with focus in the region. -        Approaching new customer in the region. -        Identify and qualify leads by cold calling prospective clients. -        Follow up all incoming leads, determining the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate solution. -        Discuss specific client needs or contractual arrangements with the superior. -        Maintain a suitable base of Leaders with required skills, knowledge and presentation abilities to be able to deliver meetings in the environment. -        Provide input in regard to pricing aligned with particular market conditions.


-        Experience working with shipping / airfreight companies. -        Confident, driven, has an appetite for sales with a proven track record. -        Excellent account management skills and hunger to chase new business. -        Excellent communicator, rapport builder and presentation skills. -        Entrepreneurial thinking, planning & handling, high persuasiveness, flexibility and readiness for action, self-confidential manner. -        2 - 3 years’ experience in shipping and freight forwarding field. -        Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Air freight Imports/Exports. -        Candidate must have excellent communication skill. -        With valid UAE driving license.
