JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Senior Sales Executive for Indias leading company specializing in International FMCG OTC personal products. The range of products include leading International brands exclusively imported in to India for distribution across the country. The products are well accepted in the Indian E-commerce industry and the opportunity lies in growing the business exponentially in the offline space.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Responsible for expanding sales & distribution network and consumer base for all the brands.2. Market Coverage and Order booking from A Class outlets and Modern Trades as per beat plan. Ensure availability of fresh stocks at all the targeted outlets3. Impart the product knowledge to Retailers for Brand Advocacy. Product-wise selling points and key product differentiators along with prices and trade margins. 4. Relationship building with all key accounts so that they can push our products to consumers5. Merchandising and Manage the product display at retail outlets. Guidelines for appropriate merchandising6. To implement and monitor Consumer and Trade promotions 7. Monitor the service of distributor to the retail outlets and make sure that we provide the superior service to our retailers so that no sales opportunity is lost. Ensure that sufficient stock is available with distributor to service the retail demand. Align systems / processes of distributor with that of the Organization Policy8. Resolution of customer complaints within pre-set time limit9. MIS, scan the environment, track the opportunities for sales growth10. Daily Sales Reporting to HOKEY RESULT AREAS? Secondary Sales in Volume (Sale done by Distributor to the Retailers)? No. of outlets buying actively/month? Brand Visibility in the MarketEXPERIENCE1. Minimum of 2+ years of working experience in FMCG Sales preferably from the Cosmetics or Pharma OTC Industry 2. Dynamic individual with an amazing track record of radically growing a business in a short time span.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
