Mandatory RequirementUnderstanding of HomeLand and security domain is MUSTJob DescriptionWork with the Sales to determine new customers that will benefit from company products or services while maximizing customer potentialWork with the customer and internal groups to determine how best to apply Xalteds product portfolio - platform and technology - to meet customer business requirementsDevelop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, and by becoming their trusted advisorPersuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and deliveryGather and maintain competitive architectural information and use to fulfill this roleDemonstrate how a product meets client needs through technical presentationsHelp sales and product management calculate quotations and pricing, driving RFPs through to completion and deliveryProvide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, both internally and externallyMeet regular sales targets and coordinating sales projectsSupport marketing activities by attending and speaking at trade shows, conferences and other marketing eventsSupport operations, engineering, and product management in successful new product ramps that achieve functional, quality, and SLA goalsIdentify systematic issues that drive continuous improvementBe the expert in the company on technical trends & innovations, Indian standards and related details important to customers and the companyDesired SkillsProven track record in selling IT solutions to Government Organizations and Law Enforcement Agencies is considered highly desirable. Experience of working with and through Channel Partners required.Proven Account Management experience and being comfortable engaging across all levels in government customersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAn understanding and appreciation of the dynamics of the Government and Law Enforcement Agencies marketsIn depth understanding of IT products, solutions and services; their architecture, dependencies and prerequisites to be able to fully qualify the requirements and identify the value propositionEnthusiasm and used to operating in a pressurized environmentStrong interpersonal skills, proven negotiator, able to communicate with clarity, purpose and influenceCapable of forward thinking and seeing the bigger pictureTeam player.As the role involves extensive travel (and occasional overseas travel)
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
