Come join the "Customer Experience Technology team as a Senior Software Engineer for Salesforce CRM application. Theteam designs, implements, QAs, and supportsSiebel & Salesforce CRM applications at Intuit. The Customer Experience Technology (CxT) application portfolio includes Salesforce as the CRM platform, Contact Center and Interaction Routing using the Interactive Intelligence (ININ) platform for all of Intuit business lines that is delivered through Citrix to the end users / agents. The other enterprise applications include, License & Entitlement Management, Email Correspondence solution and suite of RESTful services, Eloqua, Adobe CQ and web marketing tools & applications, eCommerce (Oracle, Elasticpath), Knowledge Management (Inquira, SFDC KM).The CxT team s is on a journey to transform the experience of our contact center agents into an awesome one with rationalized tools and improved experience on the Salesforce platform to help our agents gain productivity as well as delight our customers in every interaction that help our consumers, small businesses and accountants simplify the business of life. The Sr Software Engineer position will cater to the design and development on Salesforce platform and related services. Were looking for dynamic and result oriented engineer who can join and help us win together. Responsibilities Core Salesforce application development using Salesforce and tools to map business process, implement system automation and integration.Full software development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment, including multiple concurrent Salesforce projects.Lead, mentor and teach developers best practices for customizing Salesforce.Interact directly with solution designers, engineers and architect team to ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable.Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their respective tracks.Provide operations team with support and help troubleshoot system issue.Apply analytical skills to drive issue identification, escalation, resolution and closureCommunicate effectively to both technical and non-technical team members in an Agile team, and related stakeholders.Excellent inter-personal and communication and articulation skills Qualifications QualificationsGraduate in Engineering / M.C.A with overall experience of 6+ years Required Knowledge/Background Experience At least 6 years of technical experience with minimum 5 years experience as a Salesforce developer (Expert level).Past knowledge and experience in CRM and enterprise system implementation.Candidate should have salesforce certification including administrator, developer certified consultant (DEV 401) and advanced developer certifications (DEV 501 & 502) and app development on Salesforce platformStrong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Apex Web services, and APIsAdvanced Salesforce administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, page layouts, workflows, approvals, etc.)Previous experience opening and managing bugs (troubleshooting etc).Demonstrated experience in working with geographically distributed teams, across time zones.A good understanding of RESTful services and integration patterns would be added advantageProgramming experience in Java / J2EE or .NET would be added advantageExperience with enterprise CRM (Siebel), any other SaaS applications (like Callidus, Exact Target, Eloqua, etc.) would be a plusAgile or lean experience would be a plus
