We are seeking a support specialist who will be responsible for provisioning mobile devices to end users and troubleshooting basic issues with their devices.Ship and receive equipment to and from usersSetup / provision mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, Android phones, Windows Phones, and Microsoft Surface tabletsHelp the users to start using new services by answering basic questions as they relate to mobile device use and functionalityApply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failuresMaintain records of support within the ticketing systemGood knowledge in Active directory, account synchroniation, and identity management system.Intensive understanding of O365 and skype for businessKnowledge on ADFS, SSO authentication method.Good knowledge on IMAP, MAPI and outlook client configurationsConfiguring mail applications and backup methods, archivingEscalate complex problems to the Engineering Strong familiarity with a full range of mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, Android devices, Windows phones and tabletsSolid experience working directly with customers, preferably providing technical support and guidanceDemonstrated ability to educate and train our customers on their new devicesStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsProven exemplary customer service experienceProven ability to work in a team environmentStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong commitment to quality. (1.) - Review the system / business requirements for the CoE processes- Collate & provide inputs in design discussions of the relevant processes (compensation structure, PMS process, bell curve modelling, goals library, KPPs, process improvement assignment, etc.) and tools with the business teams along with the HRBPs- Support supervisor to prepare process/design proposal and share with the LoBs & relevant stakeholders- Coordinate with the LoBs for rollout of the processes as per the plan- Conduct communication sessions for orientation, sharing the implementation guidelines, exception handling, etc. across LoBs- Send reminder emails to LoBs and BUs to monitor process rollout / implementation- Conduct periodic audits for LoBs to ensure process adherence- Highlight deviations / issues to the supervisor within the CoE and provide inputs on the actions to be taken to resolve the same(2.) - Participate in discussions with the vendor on system implementation of relevant HR module including customization for various LoBs- Share inputs on challenges and nuances of working of the system- Participate in testing of the system (user acceptance testing, etc.)- Track the implementation activities as per the plan; Highlight in case of deviations from the plan and take necessary corrective actions(3.) - Coordinate with LoBs, ex
