We design high quality programmes with unrivalled speakers, as such we have an excellent reputation in the markets we serve.RequirementsClear, demonstrable understanding of the sales processMinimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in sponsorship salesFully focused on the customer and adept at finding great solutionsAbility to build and manage a their teams sales pipeline and provide quantitative reporting to managementGood organizational skillsAbility to work calmly under pressure at all timesHard working with a high pace of workAmbitious and financially drivenStrong believer in continuous training and self-developmentArticulate, intelligent and well presented with strong people skillsSolid experience using sales databases such as Sales ForceKey ResponsibilitiesMonitoring your team's performance and motivating them to exceed targetsClose sales and hit personal sales targetsHelp create a results driven, high energy sales environmentReport performance figures to the sales director and management team, weeklyTo lead by example and foster team work and collaborative attitudeEnsure internal deadlines are hit across all productsStrategic development of the sponsorship revenue strategyGather product and company feedback from customers and prospectsHelp to develop new products and packagesWork with the research team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target audience/prospects for your portfolio of productsImplementing cross-team sales productivity improvement initiatives and processesWork directly with the Researchers and Marketing teams to generate new sales leadsWork directly and collaboratively with the operational function to ensure cohesive communication with clients and a smooth sales campaign delivery on siteConduct face-to face meetings with senior management from target marketDesirableManagement experience and trainingExperience with Sales ForceAdditional languages advantage
